Съгласно изискванията на чл. 90 от Закона за пощенски услуги се забранява поставянето в международни пратки следните предмети и вещества:

  • Наркотични, упойващи, психотропни, силно действащи и отровни вещества;
  • Религиозни материали на забранени или нерегистрирани в страната секти и организации;
  • Неприлични или противоречащи на нравствените норми предмети;
  • Предмети и вещества, които поради своето естество или опаковка представляват опасност за живота или здравето на служители на превозвача или на други лица, или могат да замърсят или да повредят други пратки и съоръжения;
  • Оръжие, взривни вещества
  • Движими паметници на културата, за които няма издадено разрешение или сертификат.

Ако независимо от това Вие изпратите такива стоки като куриерска пратка, това ще бъде на Ваш собствен риск.

What do I do if I need to cancel an shipment?

In order to cancel or reschedule an shipment you must call the Morz during business hours (noon-8pm) or fill out an online form to cancel transportation with the center of community service. Please note that all messages left after 8PM will not be checked until the following day. All deposits are non-refundable.
